:: When a students registers in a school, it is understood that he is enrolling for the entire semester. A student who transfers or otherwise withdraws in writing, two weeks after the beginning of classes and who has already paid the pertinent tuition and other fees in full or for any length longer than one month may be charged ten percent of the total amount due to for the term if he withdraws the first week of classes of twenty percent if within the second week of classes, regardless of whether or not he has actually attended classes. The student may be charged all the school fees in full if he withdraws anytime after the second week of classes. However, if the transfer or withdrawal is due to a justifiable reason, the student shall be charged the pertinent fees only up to and including the last month of attendance.

:: Extra fees may be charged from the students for late enrollment, shifting of courses, and changing or dropping of subjects as soon as classes have started.
 
:: Other fees which may be charged from the students upon enrolment or within the semester are as follow:
1. Uniforms, both campus and practicum/duty and shoes worn for the practicum;
2. Books, manuals, handouts, and the like;
3. OB bags for the Midwifery students;
4. Fees for the capping and pinning ceremony of the College of Nursing and School of Midwifery, with the traditional dinner, caps, pins, nameplates, cap pins, bags, invitations and other inclusive in the payments,
5. Graduation fees, yearbook and requirements for graduating students.
 
:: Full refund of fees shall be made for any course or subjects which have been discontinued by the school through no fault of the student.

Terms of Payment
:: All fess with the exception of tuition, are paid in full upon enrollment.

:: The tuition may be paid in full upon enrollment or in five equal installments payable according to the following scheduled:
1. first installment – upon registration
2. second installment – before the preliminary examination
3. third installment – before the mid-term examination
4. fourth installment – before the semi-final examination
5. fifth installment – before the final examination

:: A 5% discount is given when paying in full upon enrollment.
 
:: Only cash payment, postal money orders, cablegrams, or telegraphic transfer, certified cashier’s checks and manager’s checks are accepted.
 
:: Promissory notes may be issue but only in meritorious cases. No note shall be issued to students who have outstanding obligations with the Accounting Office. Failure to redeem the promissory note at maturity shall cancel the delinquent student’s privilege to apply for any more promissory notes.
