LDNHS holds English C.R.E.A.T.E. Camp


CEFI 4th year MassComm student Joshua Miguel L. Suarez led the video shoot exercises for the students of Lucena Dalahican NHS who participated the C.R.E.A.T.E. Camp, Jan. 7.


Lucena Dalahican National High School collaborated with the Mass Communication Department of Calayan Educational Foundation, Inc. to put together C.R.E.A.T.E. (Cinematography, Realistic and Engaging Acting & Technical Scriptwriting for English Language Learners) Camp for its Grade 7 to 11 students held January 7, 2017.

Headed by its principal Mrs. Filomena Bayani, Mrs. May Grace D. Salazar, English coordinator organized the English camp to equip students with the communicative competence needed for the production of a 2-minute video in the school’s Film Festival to be held in February.

Resource speakers included Mr. Fernando Tiu, Jr and Mr. Giefe Jefferson Carvajal of CEFI while junior and senior Mass Communication students under department head Ms. Mignon Tan served as class moderators. (Ariane de la Calzada, Rica Matibag/3rd year CEFI MassComm)
