In yet another landmark event, Calayan Educational Foundation, Inc. (CEFI) and the University of Batangas (UB) signed on July 30 a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) in the offering of masteral and doctorate programs in CEFI.
UB president Dr. Hernando B. Perez headed the 20-strong delegation to represent the university in the signing.
