The thrust of this
program is to support individuals or
families who are in dire need of
health-related assistance. It provides
direct services and referral networks to its
beneficiaries by giving emphasis on health
education.
Purok Sampaguita
Wellness Clinic
This is a direct medical health service
provided for the people of Purok Sampaguita,
Barangay 10, Lucena City. Activities include
patient consultation and assessment, BP
monitoring, simple medical treatments,
health education and medical assistance.
This project aims to respond to the
immediate health needs of the beneficiaries,
especially those who have no means of
seeking medical consultation. Activities
focus on educating the beneficiaries on the
importance of disease prevention, good
personal habits, and healthy lifestyle.
Emergency
Assistance and Referral Services
This project assists individuals and
families who are in need of emergency or
referral services. It includes provision of
minimal financial assistance (if budget
permits) in case of emergency, and referrals
to charitable institutions and other social
services which the client needs, and relief
operations to calamity stricken-areas. Also,
this includes the generation of funds for
the sustenance of this project with the
communal effort of the CEFI family.
